For my appliance, I choose the stand mixer. I have always though it had an interesting shape. Compared to many other appliances, it is less of a box and has much more of an organic shape due to the bowl and the various curves that make up the arm of the stand mixer. I think this appliance will be one that is interesting to manipulate through this first project.
